Ethiopia Banko Chelchele
Clean, Crisp, and Kind of Magical.
This washed Yirgacheffe doesn’t hold back. It’s floral in all the right ways - citrus blossom, honeyed tea, and a little splash of ripe melon that lingers just long enough. Bright, clean, and quietly complex.
Grown at 2,023 MASL in Ethiopia’s famed Gedeb District, this lot comes from smallholder farmers whose heirloom cultivars thrive in rich, red soil and high elevation air. Processed at Reku Washing Station using a meticulous washed method, cherries are sorted, pulped, fermented, and dried on raised beds under the mountain sun.
This one’s for the folks who chase clarity. It’s delicate but confident, floral without getting soapy, and layered in a way that makes every sip feel just a little new.
