Colombia Frank Torres Natural Bourbon

Sale price $30.00

Bright, Bold, and a Little Bit Wild.

Frank Torres’ Natural Bourbon doesn’t just stand out - it steps out, throws on a vintage velvet blazer, and dares you not to fall in love.

Grown at 1800 MASL on Frank’s slice of the legendary La Indonesia farm in Nariño, Colombia, this coffee carries the weight of heritage and the spark of reinvention. Frank - Q grader, innovator, and all-around coffee genius - has transformed this inherited plot into a laboratory of flavour, blending tradition with boundary-pushing technique.

Cherries are picked at 22° Brix, floated and ozonated to keep things clean, then fermented in two stages: 48 hours submerged and 60 hours dry in-tank. From there, it’s a slow 20-day dry on raised beds - methodical, intentional, and totally worth it.

In the cup, this Bourbon gets weird in the best way. Think ripe strawberry jam laced with boozy cherry liqueur, all wrapped in a soft funk that keeps it exciting without ever feeling out of place. It’s sweet, it’s juicy, it’s got swagger - and it somehow manages to be both experimental and deeply drinkable.

This isn’t a coffee you forget. It’s a conversation starter, a head-tilter, a second-pour kind of coffee. Perfect for pour overs, wild weekends, or whenever you’re craving something unapologetically different.
