Nestled on the fertile slopes of Volcán de Agua, Santa Clara is overseen by fourth-generation producer Ricardo Zelaya, whose meticulous approach to farming and processing ensures every cup is balanced, refined, and deeply satisfying. With a dedication to both quality and sustainability, the farm operates with shade-grown practices, natural forest preservation, and eco-conscious milling.
